📦 Shipping & Delivery Terms
  • Delivery Timeframe: Standard orders placed via Pineapple website generally take 10 to 14 days to arrive.
  • Package Inspections: Customers are strictly prohibited from opening the package during delivery before paying/accepting it from the courier.
  • Free Shipping threshold: Orders above 7000 EGP qualify for free shipping.
🔄 Exchange & Refund Rules
  • Eligibility Window: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Item Condition: Products must remain in their original, unused condition with the original retail labels entirely intact.
  • Sale Items: Markdown and clearance items are highly restricted. They either cannot be returned/exchanged at all or must be processed strictly within 24 hours depending on seasonal local promotion rules.
  • Fees: Original delivery fees are completely non-refundable.
